  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet.
  3. Cook onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes.
