Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 10 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices beef cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • for serving Chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in milk and add ranch seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
  6. Lower heat and stir in Greek yogurt until smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon. Toss everything together. Add pasta water if needed.
  8. Serve warm or divide into containers for meal prep. Top with parsley.
